Adam Dunmore is the PGA Professional at Donegal Golf Club, bringing extensive coaching, retail and club operations experience to one of Ireland’s leading championship links courses. Adam is passionate about helping golfers of all levels enjoy the game and improve their performance — from beginners taking their first steps into golf to experienced players looking to sharpen their skills on a true links course. Lessons are tailored to each individual golfer and are available in a variety of formats including one-to-one coaching, group sessions, short game coaching and on-course playing lessons.

A great test of golf! Be prepared to bring a few extra balls if the wind kicks up. Hole 5 (par 3): "Valley of Tears" is true to its name. 😢. The staff is helpful and very friendly.
Played today (Aug 2026) and course was in a top nick. A stiff breeze from the course made this already long course even longer, even off the greens. It’s a course for lower handicaps otherwise the length and density of rough (although fair) will punish. Had a really enjoyable experience and bar food was as good Iv ever had in a golf club.
Great experience great golf! The pro had our rental sets waiting for us when we got there and all the staff we met were very nice and accommodating. The course was a lot of fun and beautiful county! We had a great caddy Mike and would recommend taking a caddy out as there are some blind shots. Mike made the whole experience that much better.
Super golf course. Highly recommend. Some classic links holes. A must if in the area. It was windy and the golf we played was bad but did not distract from a great day. Lovley food in the clubhouse afterwards. Staff were great. Met the designer himself Paul McGinley. Recommend for all levels
