Membership
Are there waiting lists for membership?
Membership opportunities are available within the club’s local catchment area. Overseas Membership applications are also welcomed. Please contact the club office for further information regarding current availability and eligibility.
How do I apply for membership?
Membership enquiries can be made directly through the club office. Our team will be happy to discuss available categories, eligibility requirements and the application process.
What types of membership are available?
Donegal Golf Club offers a range of membership categories including Local Membership, Overseas Membership, Student Membership, Junior Membership and Pavilion Membership. Please contact the club office for details on eligibility and current rates.
Events & Competitions
Can I host a private tournament?
Yes.
How do I enter club competitions?
Competition schedules are in the annual fixtures booklet. Sign in stations are in each of our locker rooms. You can top up your competition purse in the Pro Shop or via the members portal.
Tee Times & Booking
What is the cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel or amend a booking, please contact the club as soon as possible. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking type and group size
How far in advance can I book a tee time?
Visitors Tee Times are available online or through the Golf Shop for Individuals or Group bookings through the Golf Office. Visitors tee times are open 1 year in advance.
Course & Facilities
Are locker rooms and showers available?
Yes. Visitor locker rooms, shower facilities and towels are available for guests before and after play
Is the practice range open to non-members?
Yes – Cashless payment system. Yes. Donegal Golf Club offers a comprehensive practice area including a driving range, putting green, short game area and practice bunkers.
Are golf carts available?
We have a fleet of 20 Golf Carts.
What is the dress code?
Recognised golf attire is required on the course and within clubhouse areas. Golf shoes, tailored shorts, trousers and collared golf shirts are acceptable.
